I just wanted to quickly share this photo of the red potatoes I bought at the markets on Sunday. They are small and dark, and I was eyeing them up when another marketgoer exclaimed how good they were roasted with olive oil.
I gave them a try, and as well as being very beautiful and adding a new colour to the roast vegetables I made last night, they taste seriously yummy!
And they make me giggle, because they look like poos, and I am ten years old.
ahaha, like poos! to me they look like ears, wow, how are these potatoes so pretty? it's cool how the purple bleeds into the inside like that. I like your blog, too!
